Job Description

IDR is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst to join one of our top clients for an in-office opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves supporting clinical applications with a primary focus on WellSky Rehab, providing support, simple configuration, and user account management. The position emphasizes problem-solving, system support, and user training within a healthcare environment, specifically in rehabilitation settings.

Position Overview for the Clinical Applications Analyst:

Provides problem solving and implementation skills, and/or as a team member to implement, upgrade and support complex application systems.

Ensures that all systems are fully tested before implementation into production.

Documents and describes complex processes and procedures relating to current and future systems environments.

Trains and educates users on system functionality and capability.

Provides mentoring and training in the areas of system analysis & design, specification development and documentation, end user training and client methodologies.

This position will support WellSky Rehab and will primarily provide support, simple configuration and user account creation. There are no SQL query or interface support responsibilities associated with this role.

Requirements for the Clinical Applications Analyst:

Experience supporting Clinical Applications/EMR

Prefer someone with experience with Rehabilitation business and applications

Knowledge of rehabilitation workflows and rehab-specific apps

Ability to support system testing and documentation processes

Strong communication skills for user training and support
