Job Description
A Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing an organization's compliance programs. This role involves ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Manager of Regulatory Compliance
The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence. The role provides oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance. This position works closely with facility leadership, and department leaders across the organization to support facilitation, development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance.
