Full job description

We’re looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to help drive the adoption of AI across Egen. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and cloud engineering, enabling teams to leverage tools like Google Gemini and Claude to improve productivity and decision-making. You will work closely with business and technology teams to implement AI solutions, build data insights, and drive meaningful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude)
  • Design use cases and workflows leveraging LLMs
  • Drive adoption through workshops, documentation, and enablement
  • Monitor usage, impact, and ROI of AI initiatives

Data & Analytics

  • Build dashboards using Looker / Looker Studio
  • Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven insights

Cloud & Integration

  • Develop solutions on Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, IAM, etc.)
  • Build and manage API integrations (internal & third-party)
  • Support scalable and secure architecture

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Mentorship & Enablement

  • Mentor junior team members and interns
  • Support internal AI learning initiatives

Required Skills

  • Experience with LLM tools (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
  • Strong SQL and data analytics experience (BigQuery preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with GCP
  • API integration experience (REST, OAuth)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with Looker / Looker Studio
  • Python or scripting for automation
  • Exposure to workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
  • Experience in consulting or internal enablement roles
