This person will analyze maintenance, supply chain, inventory, and readiness data to identify trends, measure system performance, and support mission readiness. They will use Python, databases, and spreadsheets to perform statistical analysis, develop reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sustainment operations.

Skills and Requirements
3–7 years of logistics, sustainment, supply chain, product support, or related experience
Experience analyzing maintenance, inventory, readiness, or operational data
Experience using Python for data analysis and reporting
Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and large datasets
Understanding of DoD logistics, sustainment, or acquisition processes
Ability to develop reports and present findings to stakeholders Weapon system sustainment experience
Experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Knowledge of DoD 5000 processes
Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, or modeling
Familiarity with readiness, reliability, and maintenance metrics
