Help Students Succeed Through Occupational Therapy
We're seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based opportunity in Antioch, California . This position offers the opportunity to support students' educational success by providing evaluations, therapy services, and intervention strategies that promote independence and participation in the school environment.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals

Provide direct occupational therapy services to students

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Required
? Active California Occupational Therapist License
? Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
? Commitment to supporting student growth and success
Preferred
? Previous school-based experience
? At least one year of Occupational Therapy experience
? Strong communication and collaboration skills

Minimum Requirements:
-
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
