💰 Pay Rates & Shift Options

🌞 Day Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• $18.00/hour

🌙 Afternoon Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• $19.80/hour

🌃 Overnight Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

• $19.80/hour

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play a key role in building high-quality products in a modern manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Loading materials and supporting production equipment

• Keeping assembly lines supplied and running smoothly

• Assembling electronic products using hand and power tools

• Following digital work instructions and production procedures

• Inspecting and testing products to ensure quality standards

• Recording production activities accurately

• Moving materials throughout the facility as needed

✅ What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of work experience in any industry

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
