Job Description: This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC systems while delivering reliable, high-quality service to customers. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, recommend appropriate repairs and upgrades, and support customers with clear, professional communication. Work on: Roof top unit, Cooling tower, Chillers. Heat Pumps. Air conditioners. Hydronic systems, Geothermal units, Gas Furnaces & gas boilers, Oil furnaces and oil boilers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial HVAC service, maintenance, and installation environments.

  • EPA Universal certification is ideal.

  • Familiarity with construction and field service operations such as warehouses, schools, retirement communities, dealerships, and strip malls.

  • Experience with geothermal systems and hydronic systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team of 1–6 people on commercial projects.

Work Environment: You work primarily on existing commercial construction and service sites, typically within approximately an hour and half radius, Projects include warehouses, schools, retirement communities, car dealerships, and strip malls, providing exposure to a wide range of building types and systems. Field teams range from 1 to 6 people, allowing for both independent work and close collaboration. The role involves outdoor work, so you must be prepared to operate in varying weather conditions. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for a 40-hour workweek. Dress code includes work boots, jeans, and a company-provided work shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
