About Us F4F is a Hybrid Social Enterprise working to protect and increase India’s biodiverse forest cover in close collaboration with rural communities. Founded in December 2019, F4F is one of the few organizations in India working in the forestry sector and using a payment-for-ecosystem services model for its environmental protection and restoration activities.
F4F was incubated at Mulago , Fast Forward , NSRCEL-IIMB , The Nudge Institute and Shakti - The Empathy Project . Our work has been supported by several organizations including Accenture, ACT Grants, Opus Software Solutions, Rainmatter Foundation and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of urban biodiversity park projects from concept to completion.

Coordinate with government agencies, corporate partners, and technical experts to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee landscape design, species selection, plantation, and ecological restoration activities aligned with biodiversity goals.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring environmental compliance and safety norms.

Supervise field teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure effective delivery and maintenance of project sites.

Document project progress, prepare reports, and support communication efforts to highlight project impact and learnings.
Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in implementation of urban restoration projects, project management, or operations, preferably in the environmental, rural development, or sustainability sector.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams, client relations, budgeting, and on-ground execution is essential.
Benefits Salary Range: 6 to 10 LPA
