Job Description Key results

  1. Establishing strong connections with state stakeholders & officials.
  2. Strengthen coordination across the state, district & field level for smooth program rollout.
  3. Become trusted advisor on ECCE.
  4. Ensure timely & quality execution of program activities.
  5. Support planning & delivery of trainings & workshops.
  6. Track data, document progress & share regular updates

Key activities

  1. Liaise between RL and WCD for approvals, documentation, and updates.
  2. Regularly Communicating with all key stakeholders alongside senior officials.
  3. Coordination with district officials for program activities & monitoring.
  4. Taking ownership of the projects/work streams and managing it end-to-end.
  5. Prepare dashboards, reports & presentations for review meetings.
  6. Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials.
  7. Draft official letters, notes, and briefs for departmental communication.
  8. Support the design & delivery of training for AWWs, Supervisors, CDPOs & other officials.

Areas of responsibility

  1. Government liaison & coordination
  2. Being a team player and supporting the team.
  3. Prepare a calendar and tracker sheets, track progress, analyze data, and prepare & share updates & reports.
  4. Assist in planning, coordination & administration tasks.

  1. Ability to liaison with government systems on a regular basis.
  2. Ability to take leadership in ambiguous situations, even when unsupervised.
  3. Good working knowledge of Excel and Canva.
  4. Seamless communication with your managers and colleagues .

  7. Experience of 2-3 years in the development sector.
  8. Good communication skills for coordination & reporting.
