Position: Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist)

Location: Florence, KY

Shift: 5:00pm to 5:00am on a 2/2/3 rotation. Get a 3-day weekend every other week!

  • Week 1: off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday

  • Week 2: work Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday and Saturday

Pay: The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
