HVAC Facilities Technician

Our client, a manufacturing facility specializing in turbine blade production, is seeking a HVAC Facilities Technician to join their team. As a HVAC Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Facilities Technician

Location: Greeley, CO

Pay Range: $35.00

What's the Job?

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for complex HVAC systems through proactive testing and scheduled maintenance

• Install, repair, and calibrate control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration

• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend modifications or repairs

• Lead team members in daily tasks and support general maintenance activities as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-7 years of relevant experience

• EPA Universal License and valid driver’s license

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Physical ability to perform tasks involving stooping, standing, walking, and lifting loads over 50 lbs

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
