Drivers Needed to Transport Special Needs and Elderly Individuals

A quick paced work environment where workflow can change or evolve rapidly- Looking for individuals who can pivot quickly in response.

Non-Emergency Medical Transport

Greater Central Mass Area

Monday thru Friday /Split shift/ No nights/ No weekends- All five days needed

Need to be available from 7am-5pm for pick ups and drop offs- morning and afternoon shifts- midday free if needed

approx 20 Hours Week with the potential for additional hours as they become available

  • Must be 21 Years old or older
  • 2 Years' experience working with the Elderly or Special Needs (Personal Experience Qualifies)
  • 3 Years driving experience (class D license)
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Clean CORI
  • Pre-Employment full panel substance screening (must pass THC)
  • Company Uniforms required and provided
  • Clean Appearance
  • Weekly paychecks

Competitive Wages - $20.00/ Hr. plus raise at 90 days

Vacation benefits for part time and full time

We provide the training. Need to be physically able to assist clientele to and from their homes into vehicles as well as pushing and moving wheelchairs

Job Types: Part-time

A background check (CORI) is required for this position as well as possible federal fingerprinting. The process may include a criminal record check, and all qualified applicants will be considered. A

criminal record will not automatically disqualify an applicant from employment. All applicants have the right under Massachusetts law, including the right to review the report and the policy for correcting

criminal records if you believe the CORI is inaccurate or incomplete. When interviewed, a CORI request form will submitted for permission to run the check. Any decisions made are consistat with the EOHHS

CORI requirements specified in 101 CMR 15.00

We are conractracted vendors that adhere to the standards that our vendors require- from both a state and federal level.

We are required by the EOOHHS to run a background CORI on all individuals who may be conditionally hired for this position.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a passing drug test

We understand recreational use THC is legal at the state level in Massachusetts but due to it being illegal federally, we must adhere to the standards of federal contracts.
