  • Correctly pick and pull the specified item types and quantities for customer orders and internal requests.

  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts safely and efficiently based on inventory type and load size.

  • Organize and maintain the staging area according to priority, ensuring orders are ready for processing or dispatch.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including sweeping and mopping as needed.

  • Operate computers at the will-call booth to process item look-ups, check availability, and assist with order placement.

  • Assist internal and external customers with product identification, inventory status, and order inquiries in a professional manner.

  • Handle materials of varying sizes and weights, including maneuvering loads up to 100 lbs as required.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines to reduce risk and ensure a safe workplace.

Essential Skills

  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Ability to count items accurately and maintain attention to detail when picking and packing orders.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver loads up to 100 lbs safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.

  • Experience with RF devices (electronic RF scan guns) for inventory tracking and order processing.

  • Experience with order picking and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.

  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and push carts or a willingness to learn and be certified as required.

  • Basic computer skills to operate systems at the will-call booth for item look-ups and order entry.
