Job Description:

Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 8am - 6pm. Saturday is preferred (8am -12pm) but open to flexibility.

Location Address: Sports Medicine and Rehab- 1919 E Hwy 50, Clermont FL

The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $25/hour.

Practices principles of employee and patient safety during daily job activities. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

Implements individualized treatment plans based on physical therapy evaluations and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

Modifies treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments in consultation with physical therapist.

Collects patient data and communicates with the physical therapists regarding discharge recommendations when maximum benefit has been achieved.

Documents patient care accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology, following standards of practice, insurance guidelines, and department/hospital policies

Pay Range:
$21.56 - $40.09 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
