Full job description

At Super Soccer Stars, we introduce children ages 5 to 11 years old to the fundamentals of soccer in a positive, engaging, and non-competitive environment.

We're currently seeking a fun, energetic, and experienced soccer coach for Monday classes in Clermont at Hancock Park to be specific.

Schedule: Mondays, 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Additional shifts are also available throughout the week for coaches looking to increase their hours.

As we continue our company-wide expansion, we're looking for enthusiastic, high-energy individuals to join our all-star team!

The ideal candidate loves soccer and, most importantly, enjoys working with young children. If you're passionate about making a difference, creating memorable experiences, and being part of a supportive and motivating team, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience coaching or working with children

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • US Soccer coaching licenses or certifications (4v4 and/or 7v7) preferred, but not required

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compensation: Starting at $25–$30 per hour, with advancement opportunities up to $45 per hour.

Requirements

  • MUST be available Monday Evenings 4-7pm

  • Passion for working with children

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be available to start immediately.

  • Must be able to pass a background check with the Department of Children and Families
