City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary CareOverview: Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine in Suffolk, VA. This practice is patient care driven with long-term, generational patient relationships.

Position Highlights:

• Monday – Friday, 7:00-5:00p, open to 4-day work week
• Average number of patients a day is 18-20
• Well-established clinic, 30+ years in practice
• Call schedule: Every 9-10 weeks/1 full week of call - light volume

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
