Coverage Area: Lebanon & Lancaster Counties

Position: Occupational Therapist (Home Health)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $89,950.99 - $99,945.54 annually

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients in their homes and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

• Help patients improve mobility, independence, and performance with daily living activities.

• Provide education and therapeutic interventions to patients and caregivers.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to maximize patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania

• Minimum 2 years of experience working independently with minimal supervision

• Experience in Home Health, Medical-Surgical, or Rehabilitation settings preferred

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel throughout the assigned coverage area

Pay Details: $89,950.99 to $99,945.54 per year
