Full job description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Technician
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay Range: $21
Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM, 2-2-3 rotation, every other weekend off
What's the Job?

Perform all tasks associated with production equipment safely, maintaining quality and efficiency standards

Observe machine operations to ensure product quality and conformity
-
Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature as needed
-
Stop or reset machines during malfunctions and troubleshoot deviations from standard parameters

Complete production paperwork accurately and maintain consistent attendance
What's Needed?
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Basic written communication skills
-
Basic computer skills and math skills
-
Manufacturing experience preferred
-
Knowledge of sanitation, GMP, and allergen handling processes is a plus
