Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment.

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Read and interpret pick tickets, order requests, and inventory documentation.

• Pull products according to item numbers, quantities, and size specifications.

• Stage, wrap, label, and prepare completed orders for shipment.

• Verify order accuracy to meet customer and quality expectations.

• Consolidate partial pallets and maintain organized inventory locations.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.

• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment before use.

• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and workplace hazards immediately.

• Follow OSHA regulations, warehouse procedures, and company safety policies.

• Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck or Forklift operating experience .

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.

• Basic math and inventory counting skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and OSHA safety practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs .

• Strong reliability, attendance, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment.

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order-picking environments.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Strong understanding of inventory control processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mickleton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
