A respected commercial electrical contractor serving the Philadelphia market is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-profile projects throughout the region. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of construction experience, or a recent graduate with internships/co-ops, who wants a clear path into Project Management and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers on commercial electrical construction projects
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling and material tracking
- Collaborate with vendors, field personnel, and clients
- Attend project meetings and site visits
- Support project financials and closeout documentation
- Develop the skills necessary to grow into a Project Manager role
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
- Medical & Dental Insurance (Company pays 75% of premiums)
- 401(k) with 3% company contribution

Ideal Candidate
- Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related degree/background
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Electrical construction experience is a major plus
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
