Our client, a small family business is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the office operations, supporting the team with clerical tasks, customer service, and data entry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this supportive role.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: BROOKLINE, MO
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
What's the Job?

Answering phones and taking detailed messages to ensure clear communication
-
Assisting with invoicing, cross-referencing bills of lading, and itemizing
-
Supporting associates with questions and providing excellent customer service

Performing data entry and computer-based administrative tasks
-
Assisting leadership with various administrative duties as needed
What's Needed?
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles
-
High School diploma or GED required
-
Proficiency in invoicing, customer service, and data entry
-
Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
-
Ability to perform 10-key data entry accurately and efficiently
