Full job description
We are looking for an Auditor to join our team on 2nd shift!
In this role, the Auditor will ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and free of damage before they are sent to customers. The role involves auditing orders, verifying product SKUs against invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and performing quality inspections to maintain high customer service standards.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule.

2nd shift hours Monday - Thursday 7:00pm to 3:30am-
-
5th day can be Sunday 3rd shift or Friday 2nd shift
Essential Functions:
-
Auditing outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy and quality to the customer
-
Advise and assist in resolving discrepancies found
-
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of packed items
-
Ensuring orders are shipped free from damage
-
Ability to recognize product codes, SKU’s, in comparison to customer invoice for order accuracy

Completing equipment inspections daily and documenting findings on the GEMOne System
-
Follow the Saint-Gobain golden Rules of safety and all OSHA standards, reporting concerns the Supervisor
Requirements
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
1 + Years of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting
-
Must display a high level of accuracy, initiative and dependability with a good attendance record
-
Ability to read and effectively communicate in English, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
-
Ability to follow directions
-
Ability to pass OSHA approved Jungheinrich material handling equipment certification
-
Ability to safely operate the following powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment, specifically a tugger
-
Ability to tolerate exposure to modest amounts of heat, cold, dust, noise and vibrations
-
Ability to lift 30lbs consistently, up to 50lbs occasionally
-
Ability to maintain a high level of frequency and intensity in other physical activities including, but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling and crouching
-
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
-
Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision.

Familiarity with voice picking and/or radio frequency equipment is beneficial
