What the day will look like

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Global Internal Audit team, you will play a key role in enhancing audit quality and unlocking deeper risk insights through advanced analytics. Your day will combine hands-on data work with collaboration across global teams:

  • Monitoring incoming analytics requests, delivering insights, and identifying trends, anomalies, and risks to support audit excellence

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting solutions

  • Bringing to bear tools such as Microsoft Copilot and intelligent capabilities to automate workflows and improve efficiency

  • Collaborating with global partners to gather requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions

  • Supporting data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from a variety of systems

  • Preparing clear, impactful visualizations and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Developing and maintaining documentation, analytics standards, and guidelines

  • Contributing to innovation initiatives and continuous process improvements across the audit analytics function

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We are looking for a curious and proactive professional who combines deep technical expertise with business understanding:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics (e.g. in audit, finance, consulting, or business-facing analytics teams) and a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data, Finance, or Engineering

  • Solid experience working with databases (e.g. MS SQL) and modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), along with strong ETL and data modelling knowledge

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python or R, along with a background in handling large datasets

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools), advanced Excel, and ideally Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical collaborators and translate business needs into analytics solutions
