Full job description
Contribute on development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will be responsible for supporting system migrations and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Your duties will include changing system hardware parts, install control system software, and applying updates and patches. Additionally, you will provide remote or on-call support, maintain a high level of knowledge of Honeywell’s HBS systems hardware and software platforms.

Provide technical assistance for Honeywell systems

Drive preventive and corrective maintenance.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development processes.

Lead cross-functional groups to resolve administrative difficulties related to equipment delivery and installation.

Provides support for FSE l

Provide support for Spot coordinator and help improving the RQ business

Travel to customer required for a yearly average of 50%

Provides support to the manager through the execution of assigned ad hoc tasks, ensuring alignment with the responsibilities and objectives of the FSE II role

The duties and responsibilities of workers in the field of safety and health at work and emergency situations - in confirmation with Annex A/B

Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English (Min B2/C1)

Any other European language skill is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German)

Performing daily activities related to the areas of responsibility, according to the performance level established and regularly monitored by internal management tools (eg Tier / Weekly / Monthly )

Achieving the performance objectives set by the manager through the HPD system

Acts in accordance with Honeywell behaviors

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation)

ARTS certificate is mandatory

Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar field, Fire & Security

Knowledge and experience in BMS/Fire/Security - Honeywell product line

Good knowledge in Microsoft Server, Windows applications and AD management
