Full job description

Shift: 5:00 AM-5:15 PM

Hourly Rate: $28.35 an hour

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the operation of our production and office facilities at the Henning plant, where we produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of more than 150 associates and help maintain plant and production equipment by troubleshooting, removing, installing, replacing, repairing, and testing parts and components to support safe and efficient operations.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Keep production equipment in good condition and working order.

  • Inspect machines and equipment to identify issues, replace defective parts, and make adjustments to support continued production operations.

  • Use equipment manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, and diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.

  • Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair, and test parts and equipment.

  • Perform electrical and pneumatic maintenance work on production equipment.

  • Complete housekeeping and sanitation activities during and at the end of each shift.

  • Maintain food safety and quality standards.

  • Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and support projects using maintenance expertise.

  • Support preventative maintenance activities for production machinery.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Previous aerosol line mechanic experience strongly preferred.

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support production demands.

  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.

  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.

  • Commitment to safety, food safety, and quality standards.

  • Experience performing electrical and/or pneumatic maintenance work.
