Insight Global is seeking a Production Operations Analyst II for a top financial services and insurance technology client. This individual will serve as a critical member of a growing Production Operations organization that is evolving beyond a traditional NOC model into a highly visible operations function supporting enterprise cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production applications, driving incident management activities, and working within AWS-centric cloud environments while partnering closely with engineering teams. This person will be responsible for incident triage, problem management, outage communications, and ensuring production stability across business-critical systems. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role regularly interacts with leadership and executive stakeholders during active incidents. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, can make sound decisions independently, and are looking for a pathway into engineering-focused operations and site reliability functions will be an excellent fit for this team.

Skills and Requirements

  • Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

  • Production Operations, Application Support, NOC, SRE-support, or Site Reliability background

  • Incident Management experience

  • Problem Management experience

  • Ability to independently drive incidents and make decisions under pressure

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Executive-facing communication experience

  • Ability to meet strict SLAs, including 15-minute triage/escalation requirements

  • Ability to pivot and adapt quickly during active incidents

  • Local to Zionsville, IN and willing to work onsite/hybrid schedule • Multi-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, and GCP)

  • Prior experience running incident bridges

  • Exposure to SRE/NRE workflows

  • ServiceNow experience

  • Jira and Confluence experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments

  • Demonstrated career progression toward infrastructure or engineering support roles
