Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mobility Depot Specialist to support enterprise mobility services for key clients. This role is responsible for the ordering, provisioning, shipping, and ongoing management of mobile devices and wireless services for customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience managing service requests, and a basic understanding of mobile devices and wireless technologies.


Key Responsibilities

 • Manage day-to-day mobility operations for assigned customer accounts.

 • Process wireless service requests through ServiceNow and other internal systems.

 • Order mobile devices directly from wireless carriers and coordinate deployment to end users.

 • Handle service requests such as:

  ○ New device orders

  ○ Device upgrades and replacements

  ○ Line activations and reactivations

  ○ SIM card changes

  ○ User transfers and line ownership changes

  ○ International service requests

 • Coordinate shipping and tracking of mobile devices to customer locations.

 • Monitor and resolve support tickets while maintaining service-level expectations.

 • Participate in bi-weekly customer meetings to discuss account activity and ongoing initiatives.

 • Build strong relationships with customers through responsive communication and excellent service.

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience processing orders, managing requests, or working within a ticketing system.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. • Experience supporting wireless mobility programs or mobile device operations.

  • Knowledge of wireless carriers, mobile devices, and cellular service management.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.

  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or MaaS360.

  • Previous experience working for a wireless carrier, mobility provider, electronics retailer, or technology support organization.
