Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in vision and mirror systems for commercial vehicles, is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Order Picker/Packer to join their team. As a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Order Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse support team, contributing to efficient order fulfillment and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Associate Order Picker/Packer

Location: NEW BERLIN, WI

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

What's the Job?

• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Using voice-to-pick technology and motorized carts to fulfill orders

• Learning Velvac products and warehouse operations to support daily tasks

• Supporting our next-day shipping commitment to ensure timely delivery

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Interest in learning forklift operation and warehouse systems

• Commitment to workplace safety and active physical work

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliability and a positive attitude towards work
