We are currently looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Finance Team based in Athens.
The FP&A Analyst will be accountable for developing and maintaining Group’s financial and business planning models (budgets, forecasts, scenarios), performing analyses that will provide insights to drive business decisions, developing cross-functional KPIs to assess their impact in financial performance and preparing impactful presentations to communicate the aforementioned to internal and external stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting and analysis according to the company’s goals and financial status

Analyze operational and financial data to create business models driving well-informed decisions

Provide cost improvement recommendations and improve financial performance

Evaluate and report financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Conduct business studies on past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends that will lead to solid suggestions for improvements
-
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
-
Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accuracy in reporting
-
Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
-
Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope

Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function Requirements

BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
-
CIMA accreditation, MBA, MSc in Business/ Decision sciences or similar will be considered an asset
-
5+ years of working experience in high-responsibility roles in Business and Financial Analysis

Proven knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

Highly proficient in spreadsheets and presentations development

Strong quantitative and analytical competency and business acumen

Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and relevant packages

Exceptional presentation, reporting and communication skills

Solid understanding of accounting principles and IFRS reporting
