As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will play an essential role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Your compassionate care will help create a safe, positive, and engaging experience for those we serve.
What You'll Do

Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in accordance with care plans.

Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures that promote resident independence and well-being.

Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.

Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.

Follow safety and infection prevention protocols to maintain a secure environment.

Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state regulations.

Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in senior living or long-term care is preferred but not required.
