Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to support the Global Trust & Agency platform, delivering scalable solutions supporting structured finance, debt capital markets, and corporate trust operations globally at a major financial institution.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring the ideal candidate to have deep expertise across the full SDLC. This person will contribute to technical direction and architectural decisions for the development team.
This individual will lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using C#/.NET Core, modern UI technologies, and SQL-based data solutions.
This opportunity is onsite 2x per week in Wilmington DE. Upon conversion the resource will be offered 160-170k base salary.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of software development experience, including 3-4+ years in a technical lead role

Strong backend expertise in C#/.NET Core building scalable, modular applications

Front-end development experience with Blazor, Angular or bootstrap

Database is SQL

Measurable experience utilizing AI within the SDLC

Ability to contribute to design and solution architecting on the team • Test automation exp: Playwright + JavaScript/TypeScript preferred

Familiarity with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services

Familiarity with AI-enabled SDLC workflows

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agent workflows
