Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.

Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, office supplies, and meeting room scheduling.

Support planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and employee activities.
-
Coordinate event logistics such as invitations, catering, room setup, materials, and vendor communication.
-
Enter, update, and maintain employee records and HR data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
-
Assist with onboarding paperwork, personnel file maintenance, and other HR administrative tasks.
-
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
-
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.

Provide general administrative support to office leadership, HR, and operations team
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
-
1+ years of receptionist, administrative, HR support, or office coordination experience preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn HRIS or other internal systems.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
