Full job description

Radio Electronics Assembler (1st Shift)

Location: Elgin, IL

We’re looking for Electronics Assemblers to join our team. You’ll assemble, test, and ship radio and electronic equipment. Perfect for candidates with 1–3 years of experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.

Pay Rate: $18–$19.50/hr

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Main Duties

  • Assemble or modify electronic equipment (computers, motors, batteries, etc.)

  • Follow build instructions and documentation

  • Use light fabrication and torque tools

  • Perform soldering and fine assembly work

  • Keep your work area clean and safe

  • Rotate between different roles as needed

  • Meet quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ electronics or electrical assembly experience

  • Able to read and interpret instructions and build documents

  • Basic computer skills

  • Can lift up to 50 lbs consistently

  • Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours

  • Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and quality focus

  • Team player, reliable, quick learner, and proactive

  • Soldering experience preferred
