Summary You will serve as a HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSER LEADER in the Facilities & Maintenance Department, C/900 (Shop 99) of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will attend/arrange/ and chair meetings with managers, planners and estimators, contractors, technical personnel, and work groups to coordinate project support and completion. You will identify workload needs, overtime, and issues which may impact the cost, schedule, or customer requests on the project. You will coordinate 910H assistance and arrange for cleanup supplies as necessary and concurrent with direction from the 910H supervisor and ship or Shipyard On Scene Commander. You will direct other workmen whenever and as necessary to handle any unusual or emergency situation that relates to the project being coordinated. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job.
