Full job description

Description Why Sensi?

We’re expanding one of Sensi’s newest product lines and looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of a meaningful product scope. We’re disrupting an industry that’s been waiting far too long for true tech innovation - the home care ecosystem - and you’ll play a central role in shaping how that transformation happens.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll report directly to the Product Lead, and collaborate closely with customers (including frequent calls and onsite visits with US partners), engineering, design, and AI teams to bring new capabilities to life. You’ll drive the whole process: understanding customer workflows, defining product requirements, working with R&D to build great user experiences, launching new features, and iterating fast based on real usage and feedback.

You’ll Love This Role If You…

  • Enjoy owning a broad, impactful product scope rather than a narrow slice.
  • Prefer learning directly from customers and building with them, not for them.
  • Thrive in environments where you help create clarity, not wait for it.
  • Like rolling up your sleeves and doing hands-on product work.
  • Want to work on something that has real-world impact and connects to clear business outcomes. Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS startup with real production users - must.
  • Experience owning an entire product scope end-to-end - discovery, definition, execution, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience working with complex technological systems and collaborating closely with engineering on feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Experience shaping and delivering high-quality user experiences together with design.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with customers and technical teams.
  • Experience running customer discovery, extracting insights, validating problems, and making decisions based on real-world feedback.
  • Familiarity with the home care ecosystem - big plus.
  • Experience with agentic systems or building AI-powered experiences - strong plus.
  • CS/Engineering degree or software engineering background - plus.
