Full job description

Overview

We're hiring Metal Fabricators / Welders for our custom architectural metals shop.

You'll lay out, fit, and MIG-weld complex weldments, high-end metal details, and facade components that end up on the outside of buildings — blueprint-driven custom work, not assembly-line repetition. The welding is flat parts, tubing, and structural assemblies across thicknesses and positions.

This is a fabricator-first role, from welding, layout, fitting, and blueprint QC. While not a formal lead position, we're looking for people who take charge, push builds forward, and set the quality bar.

Hiring includes a written weld-symbol test and a hands-on blueprint fabrication test onsite.
