Job Description Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Rupnagar Punjab | On-Site Competitive salary of ₹10–12 LPA
Manage program planning and execution of strategic partnerships: Track status of all active collaborations, flag risks, and keep the CEO briefed and prepared for key meetings.
Engage stakeholders and government: Build relationships with government bodies, corporate partners, and foundations; represent the organization in coordination forums.
Drive MoUs end-to-end: Coordinate drafting, review, signing, and post-signing implementation, ensuring commitments translate into action with clear owners and timelines.
Coordinate internally and cross-functionally: Work across programs, finance, legal, and communications teams to mobilise resources for partnership implementation; resolve bottlenecks.
Identify and bring in new partnerships: Scan for opportunities (government schemes, CSR priorities, foundation calls), build proposals and pitch materials, and maintain a live partnership pipeline.
Report progress and maintain documentation: Provide regular updates to the CEO and leadership on partnership status and wins.
Requirements 3-4 years in program management, partnerships, or government relations (non-profit, government, or corporate background)
Experience managing MoUs or formal agreements from drafting through implementation
Comfort with government stakeholders and Indian government processes
Strong project planning and execution capability. Ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder,cross-team coordination and follow-through
Familiarity with digital programme delivery workflows and technology and SaaS systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
High ownership, problem-solving mindset and discretion in working close to leadership
Bachelor's required; Master's in management preferred
