We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Home Health Aides to join our team!

We are currently hiring for two different regions (two separate positions):

-Rockport, Gloucester, Ipswich, Beverly, and surrounding towns

-Wrentham, Norton, Medway, and surrounding towns

As a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide essential hands-on care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.

Your day may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition
• Supporting care in homes, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings

You’ll follow a personalized care plan and work closely with a collaborative team of nurses and therapists.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Preferred

• Valid Driver’s License

• Patient care or healthcare experience

• Massachusetts Home Care Aide Certification

• Reliable transportation for patient visits
