What you´ll do

  • Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems

  • Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing

  • Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities

  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products

  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations

  • Maintain laboratory and storage areas, as well as equipment Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies

  • Actively participate in scientific publications and forums

  • Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product o Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery

  • Attend or present technical work at business meetings and conferences

What makes you a good fit

Education

  • Ph.D in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in product development; or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science / related fields with a minimum of 5 years in product development; or B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Materials Science, or related fields with a minimum of 10 years of product development related experience.

Experience

  • Deep understanding of heat transfer materials and thermal interface products.

  • Broad based knowledge of polymer science, including polymer chemistry, structure property relationships, rheology, bulk and adhesive mechanics of soft materials.

  • An understanding of the requirements of applications and assemblies in the electronics industry.

The salary range for this role is $105000.00 and $125000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
