Job Duties
At Sheridan Minnesota, your work doesn’t disappear into a spreadsheet—it becomes books, catalogs, and printed materials people use every day. If you’ve worked with machines, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality, we’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment.
This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.
What You’ll Do
Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders.)
Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.
We’re looking for people who:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Take pride in doing quality work
Show up reliably and work well with a team.
It’s a plus if you have:
Print, bindery, or finishing experience
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
Physical & Work Environment
Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.
Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
On your feet for most of the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.

Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
Minimum Experience Required
Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
