  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, cost control, and profitability
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, expense management, margins, and P&L performance
  • Develop operational plans and forecasts to support both immediate and long-term business goals
  • Partner with supervisors and department leaders to create accountability and improve team performance
  • Ensure production schedules, staffing, equipment availability, and operational priorities remain aligned
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance within a regulated operating environment
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives
  • Build standardized processes and reporting tools that give leadership clear visibility into operational performance
  • Develop, coach, and mentor leaders while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, or a similar environment
  • Experience leading a multi-department operation
  • Demonstrated experience developing KPIs (non established)
  • Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management experience
  • Experience using operational data to drive measurable improvements
  • Strong understanding of EHS, regulatory compliance, audits, and production quality standards
  • Experience implementing process improvements and driving organizational change
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree
