Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living
Shift - 3:00PM - 11:00PM
Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $18.00 - $20.00 an hour
How you will make an impact
-
Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
-
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.

Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
-
May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.

Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments

Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.
What you will need
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Housekeeping.

Previous experience in a leadership role
-
Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations

Ability to lead a team
