Founded in 2009, CLO Virtual Fashion is creating a new ecosystem for digital fashion based on its unrivaled technology in 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.

Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

CLO Virtual Fashion, which is leading the global digital fashion market, currently has a total of 13 offices in 11 countries around the world, including Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, and is gradually expanding based on numerous customers from around the world.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Patternmaker with a retail mindset and a strategic eye for product, who goes beyond technical execution to work in partnership with our customers.

You will be trained to become an expert user of our software, CLO, and will also be responsible for everything involving education, customer support, and marketing.

You will act as the liaison between our users and our software development team, helping clients with CLO’s various features and bringing real solutions to their challenges. You bring a passion for learning, connecting with, and inspiring the people you educate.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise and academic training
  • Planning and leading live webinars and demonstrations
  • Collaborating with the CLO design team to bring new projects, events, and ideas to life
  • Creating 3D content for user engagement, social media, and various initiatives
  • Providing pre-sales support for clients and participating in on-site and off-site projects
  • Provide hands-on support during client projects , ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Working alongside our developers to launch new tools and applications
  • Assisting clients with 3D strategy and implementation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Patternmaker in fashion retail with strong proficiency in garment construction
  • Solid understanding of production processes
  • Language proficiency in english and português
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software; familiarity with 2D or 3D CAD tools is a plus.
  • Strong investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Humility, transparency, accountability, and curiosity.
  • Willingness to travel frequently; local or relocation-ready.
