Liderar la operación integral del hotel durante el turno nocturno, actuando como la máxima autoridad operativa.

Supervisar las áreas de Recepción, Seguridad, Housekeeping y Mantenimiento para garantizar la continuidad de la operación.

Resolver incidentes, quejas y solicitudes de huéspedes con autonomía y enfoque en el servicio.

Realizar recorridos por el hotel para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de operación, calidad y seguridad.

Coordinar la entrega de novedades y asegurar una transición efectiva con el equipo del turno diurno.

Supervisar el cierre operativo y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos financieros y de auditoría nocturna.

Responder y coordinar la atención de emergencias o situaciones críticas durante el turno. Requerimientos

Profesional en hotelería, carreras administrativas o afines
-
Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en cargos similares

Nivel de inglés Avanzado
-
Disponibilidad para trabajar en el turno nocturno.
