Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Melt Shop Superintendent to join their team. As a Melt Shop Superintendent, you will be part of the operations department supporting the production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Melt Shop Superintendent
Location: Vidor, Texas
Pay Range: $180,000 - $200,000
What's the Job?

Oversee daily melt shop operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime

Implement and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations

Manage personnel, including training, performance evaluations, and team development

Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction

Proven experience in melt shop or similar manufacturing environments
