Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an Electrical Technician in Cleburne, TX. This person will support the electrical assembly and wiring of industrial process equipment and fluid skid systems in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include running and bending conduit, performing wire pulls and terminations, wiring electrical panels and remote I/O boxes, connecting motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and other field devices, and assisting with equipment testing and troubleshooting. This individual will work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure systems are built according to electrical drawings and specifications. This is a long-term opportunity working a 4x10 schedule (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM) with a compensation range of $25-$45/hour.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, aerospace, oil & gas, or similar industrial environment

Experience installing and bending conduit, including stainless steel conduit

Experience with wire pulls and wire terminations

Experience wiring and troubleshooting electrical panels, panel boxes, or remote I/O systems

Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Electrical certification, journeyman license, or related trade certification

Experience working on process skids, fluid skids, pump skids, or modular process equipment

Mechanical assembly, fabrication, or general technician experience beyond electrical work

Experience with control panel wiring, PLC wiring, or instrumentation systems

Background with aerospace or oil & gas equipment manufacturing
