Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the rollout of a Microsoft Dynamics-based field operations platform. This is a hands-on role focused on end-user adoption, training development, communications, testing, and user readiness. The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can create high-quality deliverables and drive successful adoption of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute training, communication, and user adoption plans.

Create end-user training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.

Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions.

Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and SMEs to translate technical functionality into user-friendly content.

Support QA/QC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, including documentation of results and issue tracking.

Manage stakeholder engagement activities and monitor adoption progress.

Utilize Azure DevOps to track work items, testing activities, and project deliverables.

Maintain SharePoint content and support organizational readiness initiatives.

Compensation: $60/hr to $65/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting technology implementations.

Strong experience developing training materials, documentation, and communication plans for end users.

Hands-on QA/QC and UAT testing experience.

Experience supporting enterprise IT projects and system rollouts.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Experience using Azure DevOps.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and translate them into clear, user-focused content. Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

Experience supporting field operations, energy, utilities, construction, or industrial environments.

Familiarity with mobile workforce applications and field service solutions.
