Job Summary As a Product Manager, you own a problem space end to end: understanding it deeply, deciding what's worth building, shipping it, and judging whether it worked. You take our strategic direction and the ambiguity that comes with it and turn it into an actionable roadmap and shipped product. You own broader, less defined bets, including ones with real consequences for how we compete, and you're accountable for the outcome, not just the release.

You'll work in and help improve our product operating model: the way we take an idea from a validated problem to a shipped feature to an honest read on its impact, so that nothing ships half-cooked, nothing ships silently, and every release is judged on whether it moved the outcome it promised. AI is part of how we work: you'll use it fluently to move faster, but your value is the judgment of what to build and why, not the volume of output.

Job responsibilities

  • Build a continuous, deep understanding of your product space, its customers, its usage, and its business drivers, combining AI, data, customer interviews, and community signal, and competitive intel to find opportunities others miss and challenge assumptions.
  • Turn strategic direction and customer insight into an actionable roadmap: frame the opportunities, make a clear call on scope and investment, and sequence what gets built now and what waits.
  • Prove the problem and validate the solution before engineering capacity is committed, and define what success looks like: the KPI and its target, the real risks, and what's explicitly out of scope. Whatever artifact captures this, a product brief, a PRD, or otherwise, exists to make sure we build the right thing, not for its own sake.
  • Drive a high-quality launch, coordinating docs, in-app guidance, instrumentation, PMM positioning, and enablement so nothing strategic ships silently.
  • Lead post-launch reviews on a defined cadence and call the verdict with evidence, whether to double down, keep and maintain, or sunset, and feed the learning into the next bet.
  • Partner as a true peer to Design on UX and to PMM on positioning and messaging from discovery onward, and help grow more junior members of the product team. Job requirements
  • Bilingual (Italian/English)- Preferred
  • You make sound calls on high-ambiguity problems and can defend the reasoning. With AI accelerating execution, this is what separates a strong product person from the rest.
  • First-principles reasoning. You break complex, unfamiliar problems down to fundamentals and structure your thinking sharply, resisting bias and focusing on the details that matter.
  • Proven product experience. You've shipped software, ideally B2B SaaS, with ownership of outcomes and not just delivery.
  • Customer and commercial instinct. You talk to users, read the data, understand the business, and turn all three into clear decisions.
  • Cross-functional leadership. You align Engineering, Design, and PMM around a shared goal without relying on authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the ability to articulate goals and the business case behind them.
  • AI fluency. You use AI tools fluently to investigate, prototype, and decide faster, and you have a point of view on where they help and where judgment must override them. Extra credit: experience in Microsoft 365, IT administration, security, or governance tooling; familiarity with continuous discovery and outcome-driven roadmaps; experience mentoring junior product talent.
