  • Responding to events and various technical problems in real-time
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues before they become critical problems
  • Troubleshooting and investigating production issues in Rapyd’s services
  • Handling issues until resolution with Devops, DBA and R&D teams
  • Monitoring and liaising activities of the production environment, network, business transactions reports
  • Direct communication with worldwide partners

Requirements

  • At least 3 semesters (1.5 years) left until graduation
  • Knowledge in working with APIs, HTTP requests, etc.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Commitment is required for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one night shift, and the availability to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • NOC/Similar position experience - advantage
  • Knowledge in AWS Opensearch\Elasticsearch - Advantage
  • Knowledge in SQL - Advantage
  • Log investigation Experience - Advantage
