  • Logic, Flow, & Event Orchestration: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow and event-driven architectures for complex, real-time, AI-driven business processes. IDE, Apex, LWC skills recommended.

What You'll Bring Technical Proficiency

  • Coding experience and willingness to build occasional hands-on POCs and prototypes (Apex, Node, Python, Java, LWC, web components, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of modern database fundamentals, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data management tools.

  • Competence in modern enterprise integration patterns, including REST/GraphQL APIs, event streams (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Webhooks), and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).

Strategic & Soft Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, STEM field, or equivalent experience.

  • Salesforce Certifications and/or Trailhead Superbadges.
